Refund & Cancellation Policy

At South Mountain Movement & Wellness, we value your time and commitment to your health and wellness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our classes, memberships, and naturopathic medical services.

1. Class Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Group fitness, yoga, pilates, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session or a charge as outlined in your membership agreement.

2. Medical Appointment Cancellations

  • Naturopathic and medical appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to the full cost of the appointment.

3. Memberships & Packages

  • All memberships and class packages are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Memberships may be paused or extended for medical or travel reasons with prior approval.

4. Special Programs & Events

  • Workshops, seminars, or special events have their own cancellation deadlines, which will be communicated upon registration.
  • No refunds will be given after the specified deadline.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
