Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. Many of our students come in as beginners, and our instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “in shape” to start—yoga is about progress, not perfection. We’ll help you feel comfortable, supported, and right at home.

 

Your first class is only $19. It’s the perfect way to try yoga with no pressure and see which style you enjoy most.

 

Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time, but walk- ins are welcome if space is available. You can easily book by calling our front desk.

We have a variety of classes designed for different goals and energy levels:

  • Hot Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic, heated class linking breath to movement, perfect for building strength and flexibility.

  • Hot 26 – A traditional series of 26 postures practiced in a hot room, designed to detoxify and improve balance.

  • Power Sculpt – A high-energy blend of yoga and strength training, using light weights to tone and sculpt your body.

  • Yin Yoga – A slow, calming practice with longer holds that stretch deep into connective tissues, perfect for relaxation and recovery.

f you’re brand new, Hot Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga are great places to begin. They’ll give you a balanced introduction to movement and mindfulness. As you get comfortable, you can explore Hot 26 and Power Sculpt to challenge yourself further.
