You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we also have mats available to borrow at the studio. Many students prefer their own for comfort and familiarity.

Hot Yoga is performed in a heated room to encourage flexibility, detoxification, and increased circulation through active movement. Yin Yoga is a slower practice focused on holding postures for longer periods to stretch deep connective tissue, improve joint mobility, and promote relaxation.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. For heated classes, be prepared to sweat and dress in lightweight, breathable clothing.

Recovery Center
Our Recovery Center offers a variety of services to help your body heal, recover, and perform at its best. These include cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and other targeted recovery tools designed for athletes and active individuals.
Cold plunge sessions typically last 2–5 minutes per round, depending on your tolerance and experience level. Infrared sauna sessions are usually 20– 45 minutes. Our staff can guide you on optimal session lengths for your goals and comfort.
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time, but walk- ins are welcome if space is available. You can easily book online or by calling our front desk.
Access to the Recovery Center depends on your membership type. Some memberships include recovery services, while others offer discounted add- on rates. Check with our front desk for details on your plan.
Yes. You don’t need to be enrolled in our fitness or martial arts classes to enjoy our recovery services. We offer drop-in and package rates for non- members.
Naturopathic Medical Services
Most naturopathic services are not covered by traditional insurance. However, we can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.
Our naturopathic doctors address a wide range of concerns, including hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, digestive health, chronic pain, joint injuries, weight management, fatigue, and preventive wellness. We also provide services such as PRP therapy, acupuncture, and IV nutrient therapy.
